Multiple invoices cannot be combined to reach qualifying total
End users (Customers) may qualify for multiple promo items only if they are included on the first redemption submission with qualifying total
Redemption information must be submitted within thirty (30) days of your purchase
Incomplete redemption forms WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
